Terms and conditions

When you make a verbal  or witten contract to book one of our courses, or arrange for us to come to you to train on your premisies, you are agreeing to abide by the following conditions;

Individual therapists :

50% deposit on booking.  Balance no later than 1 month before comencement of course.

Cancelation Policy: Deposit will be refunded less a £25 admin charge if cancelled at least 1 calendar month before the course start date. 2-4 weeks prior Full Course Fee can be transferred to another course with a £25 admin charge. If cancelled less than 2 weeks prior to the start date the Course fee will be forfeited.

On-Site  Training :

50% deposit upon booking Balance no later than 1 month before comemncement of course date or by agreement.

Cancellation Policy . More than 1 month prior to course comence date : Deposit  refunded  less a £25 admin charge. Less than a month: Deposit forfeited. Balance will be held for deposit for future date by mutual arrangement.
