Deep Stone Course Description
This course looks at using alternating temperatures on specific muscles groups. Module 1 looks at developing stone technique within muscles groups of the lower body whilst module 2 looks at the using more technical techniques on muscles found in the upper body. This course is essential for anyone wanting to develop their confidence in using cold stones more effectively.
Mary Nelson's Course
This course is aimed at those therapists wanting to develop their skills from those attained on the Original Body Course. This is a unique opportunity to train with the Founder of LaStone. Mary is an inspirational teacher and this course leaves you with a yearning to learn more.
Energetic Principles Workshop

This course is presented by a Guest Instructor Steffi Hofmann who has designed this unique advanced course. The four day course looks speicifcally at using alternating temperatures and stone techniques within a clinical setting. This is the first time this course has been taught since 2005
Volcanic Clay Cocoon Course Description
This is a new course introduced at the end of 2008. We decided to use unique LaStone characteristcs such as energy, alternating temperatures and the use of breath with traditional Hammam techniques to produce a powerful and very effective holistic treatment
